This month's journal prompt is 'Art, Artists and Galleries' so in this class you will learn a collection of techniques which will connect you to the art and the artists who inspire you. Create sketches, swatches and scrapbooks with me and learn how to create your own unique visual reference system which you can refer to inspire your own work. This is a really useful workshop for all creative diciplines and a great way into art if you are a beginner or feeling a bit stuck!

What do I get when I buy?

• You will receive a Zoom link, materials list and printable downloads the morning before the class.
• A recording of the class will be sent out the following day. You don't need to be there live and can watch the workshop in your own time
• Unlimited access. After the live event, the recording will be added to your Wild Ink library. You can create an account with this free doodlebird workshop

What do I need to take part?

• A sketchbook or cartridge paper pad
• Colour! Can be anything...e.g A selection of coloured pencils/water soluble pencils,  paint, felt pens etc
• An few old magazines, scissors, glue stick
• An eraser
• Pencil sharpener
• Paint brushes (pointed size 2, 4, 6, 10), palette, water pot if you're using paint
• Kitchen roll
• A graphite pencil and/or a waterproof ink pen
• Optional extra: images of art that imspires you...could be postcards, a book, or images online via another device.
